My Favorite Type of Weather

What is your favorite type of weather?

I like thunderstorms! I’m not fond of the kind that produce high wind warnings and tornadoes. I enjoy a simple thunderstorm. A thunderstorm puts out a lot of energy, and you can harness the power of the storm for magick. One thing I like to do is to go out before the storm comes, put out a heavy ceramic dish away from buildings and trees and catch some water which I can later use in magick. I like to watch the storm roll in from the safety of my home. Being outside when lightning is close by is not safe, and I urge you to watch a thunderstorm from inside your dwelling as well. I like to count the seconds between the lightning flash and the roll of thunder. Sound travels about one mile in five seconds. So you can figure out how far away the lightning strike is by counting the number of seconds between the sight of lightning and the sound of thunder. When it is safe to go outside I retrieve the bowl of water and freeze the water to save for magick. To learn more about weather and magick you can get the book Weather Magic: Witchery, Science, Lore by Debra L. Burris on Amazon. To get this book click https://a.co/d/2zZLjkE.
